Get Out The Vote Message

Dear Volunteers, Supporters and Residents and Stakeholders of Ward 14,

A sincere thanks to everyone involved in helping the campaign. We're in the final days of the election and we need your help more than ever.

There is much work to be done. To help out, please e-mail us at info@briancummins.us or call us at 216-661-6821 to confirm your availability to canvass or make phone calls. We have list of voters and phone numbers waiting to be called. We'll be calling voters through election day.

Here are the activities in these final days --

CANVASSING – we’re out everyday from 3:00 – 6:30 pm and we’ll be out on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am – 6:30 pm.

PHONE CALLING -- We provide a script and instructions for all callers and this is a very effective and fun way to be involved in the campaign. Calls can be made from the convenience of your home. Email reply and we’ll send you a list, script and instructions.

WORK A POLLING LOCATION - We are scheduling volunteers to work the polling locations on Tuesday November 3rd – consider taking a half-day of work off and help out.

Here are the polling locations, please email or call us with your preference. Polls are open from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm.

* Denison Elementary School, 3799 W. 33rd Street
* Luis Munoz Marin Middle School, 1701 Castle Avenue
* Lincoln West High School, 3202 W. 30h Street
* Boys & Girls Club, 3340 Trowbridge Avenue
* Walton Elementary School, 3409 Walton Avenue

FOOD FOR POLL WORKERS — We could always use donations for food for election day as well as a few helpers to prepare lunch and snacks. Call with your donation suggestions.

HELP the CAMPAIGN

We need volunteers to help make phone calls and canvass in groups. We also are scheduling volunteers to work the day of the general, Tuesday, November 3rd, from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. We need volunteers to work the polling locations, prepare and deliver food and more. Call us at 216-661-6821 and sign-up.
